Recovery Partnership is a not-for-profit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as having 501(c)3 Tax-Exempt status. Our organization provides individuals and their families with a method for voicing their praises and concerns regarding the behavioral health services they may receive; a toll-free peer line for individuals in Northampton County; peer mentoring services to individuals
receiving behavioral health services; certified peer specialist services;
and we provide a safe, culturally
sensitive environment to individuals in Northampton and Lehigh Counties who are coping with or recovering from mental illness. Our Vision:The vision of Recovery Partnership is to have a behavioral-healthcare system that includes the consumer in every level of the design, implementation, and oversight of the programs within that system, and to see consumers taking a more active role in these processes through increased communication between consumers, service providers, family members, and county and state offices.Ongoing Happenings:The Free Mental Health Sensitivity Trainings focus on three different areas: Understanding Serious and Persistent Mental Illness, Understanding Emergency Services and the 302 Process, and Understanding the Impact of Insensitivity as it Relates to Mental Health Recovery.
